Craig McDermott is a highly proficient financial services and property development specialist with vast experience in Australian and overseas industries. Craig has been involved in numerous capital-raising efforts for property developments, with more than six years of active engagement in prestigious venture capital firms, sourcing seed capital through his significant local and international network. Prior to this, Craig was an international cricket professional at the highest level, leading and representing the Australian side for nearly 15 years. This remarkable sporting career allowed Craig to develop long-lasting friendships and important business networks throughout the world, including in India, Dubai, the United Kingdom, South Africa, and Hong Kong. Craig has excelled at working across both sides of the table, as proven by his track record in forging lucrative alliances and joint venture partnerships with large companies in the building and development sector. Nearly 30 years ago, Craig honed his development and construction experience by building waterfront homes on the Gold Coast’s extensive canal network, quickly gaining a reputation for luxury. Today, Craig leads CJAM Group, a diversified development group undertaking small to medium subdivisions, medium to large townhouse projects, and NDIS apartments across SEQ. CJAM Group’s expansive selling team enables timely and profitable project completion.

Wayne holds both tertiary and post-graduate qualifications, including a Graduate Diploma in Project Management from Qld University of Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University. With over 30 years in leadership roles within property, developments, banking, and finance, Wayne’s extensive experience includes specialist property banking roles with Queensland Industry Development Corporation, Suncorp Metway, and the Commonwealth Bank. These roles provided a strong foundation and understanding of property transactions across all industry sectors. Wayne’s experience includes founding and serving as a Board Director for three private equity property development and investment businesses, including seven years as a founding Director of Ray White Invest, the funds management arm of the Ray White Group. As an executive director, Wayne has overseen dozens of completed project developments across residential housing, units, apartments, and land subdivisions, as well as office, retail, industrial, and fuel sectors. He has managed end-to-end property development projects, from site sourcing to securing Development Approvals, leasing, construction completion, and sale or long-term holds.

With over 25 years of experience in the property development industry, Wayne Henry is a seasoned professional specialising in site procurement, project management, and comprehensive development consulting. Wayne has played a pivotal role in numerous high-profile residential, industrial, and commercial projects across Queensland and beyond. Wayne’s career began as a site procurer and project manager, where he honed his skills in managing complex development projects from the ground up. His extensive portfolio includes residential land estates in Byron Bay and Belmont, housing estates in Chandler and Cleveland, and prominent townhouses and apartment towers in Milton and Kings Beach. In the industrial sector, Wayne has overseen significant developments in Archerfield, Rocklea, and Acacia Ridge, while his commercial experience spans key locations such as Crestmead, Coffs Harbour, and Mango Hill. Wayne has dedicated himself to assisting developers in navigating the complexities of land procurement and development. His expertise lies in evaluating the highest and best use scenarios for land, ensuring projects align with company guidelines and market projections. Wayne’s comprehensive services include procurement, feasibility studies, agency engagement, contractor negotiations, consultant appointments, and PCG management. Wayne’s career also includes notable collaborations with industry leaders such as Balfour Irvine, Mark Stockwell, Scott Hutchinson, and Ray White Invest. His consulting work with Williams Corporation and River Drive Group further underscores his ability to lead and manage large-scale projects, from residential communities to strategic solar farm networks. Outside of his professional life, Wayne is a dedicated family man and father of five. He enjoys motorbiking, surfing, fitness, and skiing, passions that reflect his dynamic and adventurous spirit.
